Job summary

Remote Jobs is seeking a dedicated QA Tester for a fully remote role. You will write, update and review test plans, test cases, and other QA documents; perform investigations of non-conformances and customer complaints.

Work with product development and engineering to translate docs into test plans, manage test activities, and support release management in an agile environment. Excellent written and spoken English is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in manual testing of Web and Mobile apps.
• Balance quality with time-to-market in an agile environment.
• Analytical, structured, fact-based with good communication.
• At least 3 years in testing.
• Experience testing iOS, Android and Web apps.
• Project/test management in agile/Scrum.
• Good English communication.

Responsibilities

• Write, update and review test plans, test cases, and QA documents.
• Investigate non-conformances and customer complaints, drive corrective actions.
• Ensure timely follow-up of identified quality issues.
• Collaborate with product development and engineering to convert docs into test plans.
• Perform manual testing on Web and Mobile applications.
• Manage defects and assist release management.
