Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a QA & Software Testing Intern to support our US-based quality assurance team. You will perform manual testing of web applications, validate UI behavior, and help ensure product usability and reliability.

You’ll work with QA analysts, developers, and product teams, gaining exposure to real-world testing practices. You will execute test cases, document results, and track defects in Jira.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Oracle Utilities CC&B, C2M, and/or CCS experience.
• 1 year of testing/QA experience required.
• Able to work independently.
• High level of English proficiency (written/verbal).

Responsibilities

• Execute manual test cases for web-based applications.
• Validate UI behavior, workflows, and business logic across scenarios.
• Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects using Jira.
• Assist in verifying bug fixes and re-testing.
