• Must be enrolled in, in the process of completing, or have recently received a High School diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated interest in learning about software development
• Experience with Jira or other bug tracking system

Responsibilities

• Learn and participate in business processes and daily activities for the Quality Assurance/Software Development team
• Gain experience with systems and programs used in software testing/development
• Conduct manual testing in development and beta environments
• Research and make recommendations for improving systems and processes
• Report, document, and track bugs in ticket system
• Work with customers to troubleshoot and reproduce issues
• Provide general technical and administrative assistance and support
• Complete tasks as assigned by team members
