Job summary

Sphera is seeking a QA Manager to lead quality assurance across multiple product lines and concurrent projects. This hands-on role manages a team of QA engineers, coordinating with Engineering Managers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality releases.

You will own QA strategy, automate where appropriate, and advance AI-driven testing practices, balancing reliability with speed. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software QA experience. 2+ years in QA leadership or management.
• Experience leading QA across multiple products or projects.
• Proven transition from manual to automated testing with planning and tooling.
• Strong understanding of test automation principles and the test pyramid.
• Interest in AI-assisted testing and AI-driven development lifecycle ( AI DLC ).
• Experience with heterogeneous tech stacks is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with risk-based testing and regression planning for enterprise SaaS.

• Ensure relevant test automation investments and ROI.
• Drive shift-left quality practices and QA-Engineering boundaries.

• Oversee release testing, regression cycles, and sign-off.
• Pilot AI-assisted QA practices and scale automation across squads.
