Sora Resource Group seeks a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the multi-site QA/QC program and laboratory quality across U.S. locations. You will oversee the ISO 9001 system, audits, and analytical testing while guiding site quality personnel and ensuring compliance.

The role requires a bachelor’s in a scientific field, 5+ years QA/QC experience in manufacturing, 2+ years in lab supervision, and an ISO 9001 auditor certification. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in a scientific field.
• 5+ years QA/QC experience in industrial manufacturing or related processing environment.
• 2+ years of laboratory supervisory or leadership experience.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification required.
• Experience with wet chemistry, physical materials testing, analytical instrumentation, and SPC.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
• ASQ CMQ/OE or CQE certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and improve ISO 9001 Quality Management System, including document control, procedures, and audit readiness.
• Lead third party registrations and customer audits.
• Provide direction, training, and support to laboratory and site quality personnel.
• Oversee testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
• Ensure analytical methods are validated and instruments calibrated and maintained.
• Lead quality investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA.
• Manage laboratory resources, budgets, and quality performance metrics.
