Job summary

Akaasa Technologies is seeking a QA Lead Coordinator to guide enterprise web and API testing within an Enterprise PLM environment. The role blends hands-on testing with test coordination and quality leadership across product, development, and release teams.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of QA experience, strong leadership, and hands-on expertise in web, API, and data migration testing, with practical Azure DevOps usage to drive quality metrics.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of QA experience including at least 3 years leading enterprise testing programs.
• Strong hands-on experience with web application, API, and data migration testing.
• Experience working in Agile and Hybrid delivery environments.
• Hands-on experience with test case management and defect management.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain test strategies, test plans, and test scope for web- and API-based applications.
• Create, review, and manage test cases and scenarios aligned with user stories and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps.
• Maintain traceability between requirements, user stories, test cases, defects, and release deliverables.
• Serve as the QA advocate within Scrum teams and promote a shift-left, quality-first mindset.
• Participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Business Units, and Business Analysts to ensure clear and testable acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Business SMEs to prepare and support UAT scenarios and resolve issues.
• Support release readiness reviews, quality gates, risk assessments, and Go/No-Go decisions.
• Coordinate end-to-end integration testing across enterprise applications, middleware platforms, and downstream systems.
• Support and coordinate large-scale data migration testing initiatives.
