Job summary
CoorB is seeking a QA Lead Engineer to define and execute the QA strategy across multiple products, leading automation and governance. The role partners with Engineering, Product, and DevOps to drive quality initiatives and ensure reliable, scalable software delivery.
You will design scalable automation frameworks, mentor QA engineers, and champion data-driven testing with KPI dashboards while integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines for faster releases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 6–10 years of software testing with at least 3 years in a QA lead role.
- Hands-on automation experience with modern frameworks and tools.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end QA strategy, test planning, automation, performance, and release validation.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web, mobile, and backend systems.
- Lead, mentor, and coach QA engineers with technical guidance and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and DevOps to drive quality initiatives.
- Integrate automated testing pipelines within CI/CD to enable continuous delivery.
- Drive data-driven testing, KPI dashboards, and risk reporting.
