Job summary

Tradeweb Europe Limited is seeking a QA engineer to join our Fixed Income Corporate Bond Trading platform testing team, focusing on both manual and automated testing of trading, market data, and STP applications. You will analyze specs, design test scenarios, and collaborate with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 5+ years in testing Fixed Income systems, strong SQL skills, and experience with automated testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in testing Fixed Income electronic trading systems.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience in SQL query writing.
• Experience in automated testing and scripting.
• Good understanding of Fixed Income Markets and testing methodologies.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Project Management – analyze project specs, create/execute test scenarios, document results, manage priorities, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Analyze internal log files for troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Leverage VeriFix for testing FIX protocol and maintaining automated test cases.
• Create/execute database scripts to analyze results and establish test scenarios.
• Execute and document functional, regression, integration, and performance tests.
• Report and track issues found during the QA lifecycle.
