Job summary

Clerri is hiring a QA Engineer to safeguard the quality of our SaaS platform. You will build automated tests across React/Vue frontends and NestJS/Node microservices, design manual test cases, and collaborate with engineers to ensure bug-free software in production.

This fully remote role prioritizes candidates in or near Mountain Time (US) and supports a high-velocity, patient-centered product. 4 years of QA in SaaS, healthcare experience a plus, and a Bachelor's degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• 4 years of quality engineering experience in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
• Experience testing across frontends and backend services in a distributed, remote team.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in an Agile environment to test features across React/Vue frontends and NestJS/Node microservices.
• Design, document, and execute manual test cases with reproducible results; validate REST and gRPC endpoints.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to triage issues and drive fast defect resolution using AI-assisted QA tools.
• Develop and maintain automated end-to-end and UI tests using Cypress and Playwright.
