Job summary

Clerri is seeking a talented QA Engineer to safeguard the quality of our software across React, Vue, and NestJS/Node. You will design and execute automated and manual tests, ensure code meets objectives, and support customers with reliable experiences.

Open to remote candidates, with priority for Utah/Mountain time. Requires 4+ years in SaaS QA; healthcare experience is a plus; a technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of quality engineering at a SaaS company; healthcare experience is a plus.
• Experience building software with distributed remote teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in an Agile environment to design, implement, and maintain automated end-to-end and UI tests using Cypress and Playwright.
• Design, document, and execute detailed manual test cases; test REST and gRPC endpoints; validate data via SQL.
• Triages and prioritizes defects with stakeholders; leverages AI-powered QA tools to accelerate test creation and coverage.
• Investigate edge cases and verify features are intuitive and reliable, beyond basic functionality.
