Job summary

Dutch Vet is hiring a QA Engineer to join a growing tech team. You will collaborate with engineering and product to ensure quality across applications and report to the Director of Quality Assurance. This role emphasizes manual, API, and automation testing, with production support for the CX team.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in QA, experience with AI and API testing tools, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes. Remote-friendly role with strong emphasis on reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of QA testing experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
• Experience with API testing tools.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering, product, customer support, data, etc.
• Provide production support to CX team.
• Review requirements and design documents to give feedback.
• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate testing activities.
• Develop a complete test plan with Developers and Product Managers.
• Perform manual, API, and automation testing.
• Identify and track bugs; conduct regression testing.
• Coordinate and participate in code deployment.
