Job summary

Paradigm Information Services is seeking a Quality Assurance Data Analyst to support data processing, validation, and QA initiatives for a technology-enabled services provider. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL expertise, data testing experience, and the ability to translate requirements into robust test plans.

You will validate imports, transformations, and database processes while collaborating with data engineers, BAs, and QA professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on database testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Validate data imports, updates, transformations, and extracts for large datasets.
• Develop and execute SQL-based test queries to verify data accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze stored procedures, functions, and triggers to ensure they meet requirements.
• Identify data discrepancies, investigate root causes, and document defects.
• Test standard and edge cases for data scenarios.
