Job summary

Outlier is seeking QA Coders to join a remote, flexible program developing human feedback for AI code models. You will review AI-generated code, rate model responses, and craft clear CS prompts to challenge AI systems. Prior coding experience and strong English are essential. This is a 1099 contract opportunity open to applicants in eligible LATAM regions.

Earn up to 34 USD/hr plus incentives, with opportunities to access cutting-edge LLMs and work from anywhere. No AI domain experience required.

Qualifications

• Completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase is preferred.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail in grammar and style.

• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions.
