Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential property claims experience.
• Prior and/or current field experience handling property claims and preparing estimates.
• Proficiency in Xactimate.
• Working knowledge of the insurance industry.
• Solid knowledge of homeowners policies and coverage.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable with computers and standard business software.

Responsibilities

• Review property claim files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with policy terms and company guidelines
• Evaluate estimates to confirm scope, pricing, and coverage are applied correctly under the homeowners policy
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and leakage, and document findings clearly
• Help develop and maintain QA standards, checklists, and best practices
• Support training and coaching efforts based on review findings
