Cognizant is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to develop and maintain automated testing solutions for UI, APIs, integrations, and data. You will collaborate with engineering teams to improve product quality, investigate defects, and embed automation into CI/CD pipelines.

You will design test plans and execute comprehensive tests across multiple stages, ensuring robust validation of functionality, data, and system integrations. This remote US role prioritizes flexibility and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of QA, testing, and test automation experience.
• Proficiency in Java, Selenium WebDriver, and REST Assured.
• Experience testing REST APIs and JSON payloads.
• SQL or database testing knowledge.
• Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Git and Agile delivery.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
