Job summary

First Advantage in Mexico is seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain automated tests for UI and API layers. This fully remote role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software releases from anywhere in Mexico.

You will help evolve test frameworks, participate in Agile ceremonies, and support CI/CD practices. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, with 2–3 years in UI/API automation and 3–5 years in QA practices.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in UI & API automation.
• 3–5 years of experience in QA and Agile practices.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into automated test coverage.
• Design, build, maintain, and optimise automated test frameworks for UI, API, and integration testing.
• Ensure new features are delivered with automated test coverage and high quality.
• Develop knowledge of First Advantage solutions and improve automation strategies and tools.
• Contribute to QA process improvements including tool evaluations and proof-of-concepts.
