Job summary

JD Power is seeking a QA Automation Analyst II/III to contribute across the Software Testing Lifecycle. You will build comprehensive automated test frameworks, validate designs, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality across releases.

Responsibilities include developing tests, reviewing requirements, and maintaining test plans with a focus on automated UI and API testing in a remote Canada setting. Strong automation and Java experience are required.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• 3+ years of automated testing experience.
• Experience with Selenium, Cucumber, Playwright or similar.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and suites.
• Review requirements with stakeholders and provide feedback.
• Define and implement software test plans and approaches.
• Create detailed work package estimates with technical teams.
• Execute integration, system, and acceptance tests automatically.
• Create and review defect reports and test progress summaries.
• Triages defects and collaborates on fixes.
