Job summary

Salmon is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to strengthen test coverage and release quality across our platform. You will design and execute test cases, build and maintain test automation where practical, and work with real production data and complex system integrations to protect the reliability of high-volume payment systems.

The role requires strong technical skills and hands-on experience with test automation, defect analysis, and release testing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of QA/QA automation experience in fintech or banking.
• Experience building and maintaining automated test suites.
• Strong knowledge of API testing, SQL, and microservice-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and maintain test cases and regression tests.
• Build automated tests for new features and releases.
• Validate production data and investigate issues using logs and DB records.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and support to improve quality.
