Job summary

Dane Street is seeking a New York Workers' Compensation Report Reviewer / Quality Analyst to manage the medical file review process, ensuring client questions are addressed and reports are accurate. The role emphasizes QA standards and timely communication with clients, reviewers, and the operations team.

Ideal candidates will have healthcare/insurance experience, strong written and verbal skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• An Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Business experience in healthcare and/or insurance is preferred.
• Ability to apply critical thinking and meet deadlines; strong writing and reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Review medical files and QA reports to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Follows up with reviewers and clients for clarifications and questions.
• Ensure QA checklist adherence and format reports for approval.
• Update clients on referral progress and communicate with physicians and operations.
