Qualifications

• Experience shipping backend services in production.
• Strong Python skills and HTTP APIs experience (FastAPI or similar).
• Relational DB design and data modelling with PostgreSQL.

Responsibilities

• Build and extend APIs, data models, and background workflows for enrolment, scheduling, and follow-up.
• Integrate Esther with EHR and clinical data platforms for context-aware conversations.
• Write tests, review code, and maintain observability with logs and metrics.
