Job summary

RWS is seeking a freelance AI Conversation Recording Contributor fluent in Eastern Punjabi/Punjabi. You will record natural speech from real-life conversations and annotate the data for AI models, following strict guidelines.

This remote, contract role offers flexible hours (about 2–4 hours daily) and immediate start. Ideal candidates are native Punjabi speakers with strong English reading skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Eastern Punjabi/Punjabi (India).
• Advanced English to understand instructions.
• Strong attention to detail for annotations and metadata.
• Experience with speech recording or data annotation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Record natural, spontaneous speech per project guidelines.
• Capture speech from approved real-life situations.
• Complete one- or two-person conversational speech tasks.
• Annotate speech data according to instructions.
• Provide metadata related to each recording.
