The role emphasizes healthcare/medical vocabulary and adherence to professional conduct, along with ongoing training and team reporting obligations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Punjabi at native or bilingual level.
• Minimum 1 year of interpreting experience preferred.
• Excellent listening, memory, and note-taking abilities.
• Strong professional communication and cultural sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally, following interpreter code of conduct.
• Be aware of healthcare and medical vocabulary in interpretation.
• Participate in internal professional training.
• Communicate and report to the team leader.
