Job summary

One World Global Services LLC is seeking experienced Punjabi interpreters to provide professional interpreting services with healthcare vocabulary. The role is fully remote, offers either full-time or part-time hours, and requires reliable internet, a wired headset, and Windows 10 or macOS.

You will work with a per-minute or fixed-rate compensation model, with monthly payments and prompt onboarding. English proficiency must be at least 90%, and bilingual skills are essential to join our team.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Punjabi.
• 1+ years interpreting experience desirable.
• Healthcare/medical vocabulary familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally in accordance with the interpreter code of conduct.
• Be aware of healthcare/medical terminology used in calls.
• Participate in internal professional training.
• Communicate and report to your team leader.

YOUR BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:

• 1+ years of interpreting experience (Desirable)
• High emotional intelligence and tolerance of diverse cultures
• High level of communication, listening, note-taking, and memory retention skills
