AlphaGov is seeking a Workplace Assessment Consultant to evaluate workplace climate and culture within public agencies, conducting confidential interviews, focus groups, and surveys.

You will design assessment plans, analyze findings, and present practical recommendations to agency leadership, with remote-first engagement and occasional on-site interviews. This 1099 project-based role offers flexible, remote work with occasional travel for client engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading workplace climate or culture assessments, preferably in the public sector.
• Skilled at confidential interviews and focus-group facilitation on sensitive topics.
• Ability to analyze qualitative and survey data and write evidence-based reports.

Responsibilities

• Design assessment plans, interview protocols, focus-group guides, and survey instruments
• Conduct confidential interviews and facilitate focus groups with employees, supervisors, and leadership
• Analyze interview and survey data to identify themes in communication, morale, leadership, and working conditions
• Review relevant policies, complaint trends, turnover data, and organizational structure
• Write clear, balanced findings and practical recommendations for agency leadership
• Present results and support action planning with leaders and employee groups
• Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when you authorize naming
