Job summary

NWN is seeking a Public Sector Compliance Analyst in the US (remote-friendly) with strong data analytics and reporting skills. You will own contract reporting obligations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across sales, SLA, and compliance metrics for public sector vehicles.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential. The role requires five years in a data analytics position, experience with contract reporting, and proficiency in ServiceNow and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, information systems or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of experience in a data analytics role.
• Experience supporting contractual or regulatory reporting obligations with penalties.
• Experience with CALNET or similar contract vehicles preferred.
• Hands-on reporting in ServiceNow; Power BI a plus.
• Experience in telecom/IT services or managed services preferred.
• Knowledge of public sector contract compliance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage recurring contract reporting for public sector contracts including sales, usage, performance, and compliance.
• Own the reporting calendar and ensure timely, complete submissions; flag risks early.
• Analyze data from multiple systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Develop, maintain, and submit SLA, outage, performance, and compliance reports.
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Document reporting procedures, controls, and audit materials.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve efficiency.
• Support contract audits and compliance reviews with evidence ready for audits.
• Collaborate across Operations, Finance, Billing, Sales, Service Delivery, and Compliance.
