CentralSquare Technologies is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead public sector software initiatives in the United States. You’ll plan, direct, and coordinate projects, ensuring on-time delivery and client satisfaction across teams and vendors.

With 2+ years in project management, you’ll apply PMBOK/SCRUM methodologies, manage schedules and risks, and communicate clearly with stakeholders. CJIS clearance sponsorship is provided during onboarding, with up to 25% travel expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Bachelor's degree required; PMP and/or CSM preferred.
• Experience in PMBOK and SCRUM methodologies.
• Experience deploying, configuring, and/or managing PM tools for schedules, milestones, risks, issues, forecasts, and revenue.
• Ability to present to audiences of various sizes; manage high-revenue engagements with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Initiates, plans, executes, controls, and closes projects.
• Assembles the project team, assigns responsibilities, identifies resources, and develops the schedule for timely completion.
• Subject-matter expert knowledge of the implementation process and contractual language.
• Leads technical discussions between product and operations on process improvement.
• Drives and refines the process; assists other PMs on escalations.
• Maintains current and identifies new project management tools to increase productivity.
• Leads large group meetings on process and product.
• Displays good communication skills with a customer service focus.
• Performs all other duties as assigned
