Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an Emergency Call Handling Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of complex software and system integrations for critical public safety infrastructure. You will align customer-facing delivery, financial oversight, and reliability to ensure call centers operate seamlessly when it matters most.

Qualified candidates may have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years in project or program management, and are authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project or Program Management experience.
• U.S. citizen with ability to obtain security clearance.
• Bachelor's or higher in Business/IT/PM/Public Safety or related field.
• Experience with NG911 or public safety technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of complex software and system integrations.
• Develop Master Project Plans and track milestones using PM tools.
• Oversee budgets and financial performance; manage costs and revenues.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders across departments.
