Job summary

CentralSquare is seeking a strategic Product Manager to own Pro Suite: CAD/RMS/JMS for 911 and public safety. You will guide cross‑functional teams from concept to launch, balance user needs with business goals, and drive AI-informed product decisions in a mission-critical environment.

You will partner with engineering, UX, marketing, and customers to deliver impactful features that improve dispatch efficiency and outcomes while shaping the roadmap for the next generation of public safety

Qualifications

• Responsibilities include defining and owning the Pro Suite roadmap.
• Independent lifecycle management from concept to launch.
• Conduct user research and market assessments to identify growth.
• Use data and AI insights to prioritize features and roadmap.
• Establish KPIs and communicate strategy to leadership and teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and own Pro Suite roadmap strategy aligned with market and customer needs.
• Lead full product lifecycle from concept through launch and optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering to translate requirements into user stories.
• Champion AI/automation opportunities to improve dispatcher efficiency.
• Partner with UX to create intuitive, high-pressure user experiences.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning.
• Coordinate GTM with marketing, pricing, and distribution strategies.
• Gather customer feedback through visits and advisory boards.
