Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Public Health or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in public health.
• Strong public health reasoning (problem framing, causal thinking, bias/confounding awareness, risk stratification).
• Excellent attention to detail when fact-checking; minimum C1 English proficiency.
• Experience with AI data training, guideline work, or editorial QA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI Training Content: Create prompts and gold-standard answers across epidemiology and public health topics.
• Optimize AI Performance: Evaluate and rank AI responses for correctness, clarity, and scientific rigor.
• Ensure Model Integrity: Test AI outputs for inaccuracies, unsafe recommendations, and bias; validate reliability across populations.
