St. George Tanaq Corporation, through Tanaq Support Services, seeks a Public Health Informatics Analyst to support a federal client with national survey activities, data management, and reporting using SAS, R, Power BI, SQL, and REDCap.

The position is fully remote for US-based candidates, focusing on data-driven reports, dashboards, and analyses while ensuring data quality, privacy, and compliance with NAC requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in public health informatics, survey operations, or data analysis.
• Experience supporting survey administration and data collection.

Responsibilities

• Plan and administer national survey activities, including outreach and scheduling; manage documentation and status reports.
• Identify and manage survey participants by data validation, launch files, and reminders.
• Provide technical assistance via email, phone, portals, webinars, and meetings; create guides and training materials.
• Manage survey and inventory data across REDCap, SQL, Access, Excel, and NAC systems; coordinate with developers on data-flow issues.
• Clean, audit, analyze, and safeguard survey data; monitor data quality and potential bias.
• Prepare facility, post-launch, monthly, annual, and national containment reports and dashboards; obtain NAC approval as required.
• Use SAS, R, Power BI, SQL, and other tools to transform data and build analyses and visualizations.
• Apply NAC Quality Management System; maintain SOPs and process docs; support data-gap analyses with stakeholders.
