Job summary

AC Disaster Consulting (ACDC) is seeking a Public Assistance Compliance Specialist to support FEMA PA grants from initial damage identification to project closeout. This full-time, non-exempt role is remote with up to 25% travel to onsite locations in TN.

The position requires FEMA PA and grant experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to coordinate across agencies. Compensation ranges from $26 to $32 per hour with standard benefits dependent on assignment.

Qualifications

• Proven FEMA public assistance and grant experience (5+ years).
• Experience with at least two major Disaster Recovery efforts.

Responsibilities

• Support applicants/subrecipients through FEMA PA lifecycle from damage ID to closeout.
• Conduct or support site inspections, damage assessments, and scoping.
