Job summary

Rebound, a telehealth PTSD-focused provider, seeks Independently Licensed Therapists in California to join its national network and deliver evidence-based care via video sessions.

As a Rebound Therapist, you will conduct diagnostic assessments, treat clients with PE and other evidence-based therapies, and collaborate with psychiatrists and peers. The role is remote with flexible hours and a strong commitment to clinical excellence and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Full and unrestricted license to practice in your state.
• Masters Degree Required.
• California licenses: Psychologist, LMFT, LPCC, LCSW.
• At least 6 months of relevant experience with evidence-based therapies (CBT, ACT, ERP).
• Knowledge/experience treating PTSD with PE is preferable.
• Organized, quick learner, excellent communicator with time management.
• Confidential private location to work remotely with reliable internet.
• Comfortable using technology to communicate.
• Ambitious for a startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic assessment and evidence-based psychotherapy via Rebound video platform.
• Manage caseload and schedule.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation in Rebound EHR.
• Participate in clinical consultation and PTSD-focused training.
• Collaborate with network to inform treatment decisions.
• Complete 25 hours of direct clinical work weekly.
• Attend world-class trauma training programs.
• Attend 2 hours weekly group clinical consultation.
• Maintain 10 hours/week evening/weekend availability.
• Participate in cross-license onboarding.
• Open to treating children after relevant training.
• Provide training completion proof if lacking direct experience.
