Job summary

Rebound is seeking Independently Licensed Therapists (LP, LCPC, LMFT, LCSW) in Illinois to join our network. You will provide evidence-based psychotherapy via the Rebound video platform and collaborate with a supportive team including marketing, billing, credentialing, and scheduling.

We offer extensive clinical training in trauma and PTSD, 1:1 mentorship, and access to ongoing professional development. This role supports remote work from a private location with reliable internet.

Qualifications

Licensed independent clinician in good standing in your state.
3–5 years of independently licensed experience.
Illinois license types include LP/LCPC/LMFT/LCSW.
Experience with evidence-based trauma therapies preferred.
Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

Provide diagnostic assessment and evidence-based psychotherapy via the Rebound video platform.
Manage caseload and scheduling.
Maintain clinical notes in Rebound EHR.
Participate in clinical consultation and ongoing trauma/PTSD training.
Collaborate with network providers on treatment decisions.
