Net Health co is seeking a Compact Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (Care Navigator) for a remote position. In this role, you will be a crucial part of our team, supporting patient success and implementing interventions for recovery while building trusting relationships. The ideal candidate will have a background in musculoskeletal health, good communication skills, and a proactive work style. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $20.80 to $26.00.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in musculoskeletal health is a plus.
• Experience in behavioral modification; Health Coach Certification is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Provide remote monitoring services for patients' home-exercise therapy.
• Direct users in therapeutic exercise and functional training.
• Maintain records while providing remote monitoring.
