Job summary

BreatheSuite Inc. is seeking a Provider Success Lead, Physical Therapy to empower PTs for their first session and beyond. You will mentor therapists, guide onboarding, and lead clinical content for ongoing education.

Remote role reporting to Head of Clinical, focusing on scalable resources and high-quality care for patients with chronic lung conditions. Excellent opportunity for experienced PTs who excel in teaching and program development.

Qualifications

• Active PT license required.
• CCS certification or equivalent cardiopulmonary expertise.
• Minimum 5+ years of clinical experience.
• Experience mentoring or teaching clinicians.
• Experience developing clinical education content.
• Proficient with EMRs, telehealth, and AI content tools.

Responsibilities

• Mentor PTs on patient care with complex pulmonary cases; guide clinical decisions and provide feedback.
• Own onboarding and education content for BreatheSuite University; build modules using video/audio and AI tools.
• Coordinate onboarding with credentialing, product/engineering, and operations to complete requirements.
