BreatheSuite Inc. is hiring a Provider Success Lead, Physical Therapy to empower our physical therapists in delivering high-quality care through telehealth.

You will mentor therapists on complex pulmonary cases, lead clinical content for onboarding and ongoing education, and steer onboarding for new PTs. You will also shape scalable training resources, manage first-patient readiness, and collaborate with credentialing, product and operations to ensure seamless provider success.

Qualificações

• Active physical therapy license required.
• Cardiopulmonary expertise with CCS, pulmonary rehab, or ICU experience.
• 5+ years of clinical practice.
• Experience mentoring or teaching clinicians.
• Experience developing clinical education content.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor PTs on patient care for medically complex pulmonary patients; advise on complex cases and escalation.
• Own onboarding and education content; build modules using video/audio, AI tools, and evidence-based material.
• Oversee onboarding of new PTs; coordinate licensure, credentialing, and platform access.
• Conduct one-on-one sessions with new PTs to ensure readiness for first patient.
• Serve as first contact for provider support; build resources from recurring questions.
• Plan provider capacity by aligning hiring with patient demand to avoid bottlenecks.
• Create self-service, searchable resources; collaborate with devs on organization and access.
