Job summary

Within Health is seeking a Primary Therapist - PSYPACT for remote delivery of PHP/IOP services. The clinician will lead individual, family, and group therapy for eating disorders, collaborating with a multidisciplinary clinical team.

You will provide evidence-based treatments, maintain detailed records, and ensure continuity of care while practicing Measurement-Based Care and engaging families in treatment.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as Psychologist, PhD or PsyD (PSYPACT).
• Experience treating eating disorders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team.
• Experience delivering group therapy in PHP/IOP settings.

Responsibilities

• Establishs positive rapport with clients.
• Diagnoses and treats mental health disorders.
• Creates individualized treatment plans.
• Meets with patients regularly to provide services and adjust plans.
• Coordinates services for each client.
• Performs ongoing progress assessments.
• Conducts group therapy sessions.
• Engages families as treatment partners.
• Maintains thorough patient records.
• Ensures confidentiality and safety protocols.
• Participates in weekly team and case consultations.
• Implements Measurement-Based Care to track progress.
• Participates in community outreach as needed.
