Job summary

Mantra Health is seeking a licensed psychologist to provide virtual therapy to college students. This is a fully remote, 1099/FFS position across the United States with a flexible start date and extended hours from 8am to 3am ET, seven days a week.

Applicants must hold an active independent psychology license with PSYPACT licensure. Compensation includes per-visit and hourly incentives, with strong emphasis on accessibility and quality student care.

Qualifications

• Hold an active independent Psychologist license with PSYPACT licensure.
• Ability to conduct biopsychosocial intakes with clear diagnostic assessments.
• Experience diagnosing and treating college students via virtual therapy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality virtual therapy to college students using evidence‑based methods.
• Collaborate with campus providers to ensure cohesive care.
• Maintain accurate clinical records for continuity of care.
• Engage with leadership during critical patient scenarios to ensure best outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing training and contribute to care model refinement.
