Job summary

Noetic Therapy, a fully remote psychotherapy practice, seeks licensed clinicians based in New York or Florida to provide compassionate telehealth care to adults and young adults. Work from home with a strong support network and flexible, client-centered scheduling.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling.
• Licensed to practice in NY or FL, or hold a limited permit.
• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred; strong foundation encouraged for new graduates.
• Comfortable providing therapy via a secure telehealth platform.
• Commitment to collaboration, clinical growth, and continued learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual psychotherapy to a caseload of 24–28 clients per week full-time, or ~10 per week part-time.
• Maintain a Monday–Friday schedule with at least two evening slots.
• Develop treatment plans, diagnose, and provide individualized care per clinical guidelines.
• Build trusting, empathic therapeutic relationships.
• Maintain thorough documentation of sessions, progress, and outcomes.
• Participate in weekly group consultations and peer support.
• Engage in continuing education and professional development.
• Collaborate on marketing efforts to grow caseload with team support.
• Contribute to broader initiatives within the practice.
• Foster a diverse, inclusive, and non-judgmental work environment.
