Seasoned Recruitment is partnering with premier mental health organizations to recruit fully licensed Psychotherapists for 1099 contractor roles that are 100% remote. Our clinical partners are expanding to meet holiday-season demand and growth into 2027.

This role offers complete autonomy over your schedule, weekly compensation, and employer-provided medical malpractice insurance. An integrated EMR with AI-assisted documentation and real-time translation supports efficient clinical work.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full, active, and unrestricted clinical license allowing independent practice in at least one U.S. state.
• Eligible to practice without clinical supervision; associate-level or supervised licenses are not accepted.
• Demonstrated competence in delivering evidence-based psychotherapy and defensible clinical documentation.
• Must have a secure home office and be familiar with telehealth platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy services to clients via telehealth.
• Maintain accurate, defensible clinical documentation and notes.
• Adhere to HIPAA and professional ethics; manage caseload with remote supervision as applicable.
