Job summary

BlueSky Telepsych is a clinician-led behavioral health company delivering high-quality telehealth services. Clinicians provide remote care with autonomy, building caseloads with team support and regular prescriber collaboration.

Flexible scheduling and monthly case discussions are offered, with an emphasis on privacy and patient-centered care. Therapists work from home, maintain licenses for states served, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated treatment.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active, unrestricted clinical license in at least one of the states served.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
• Licenses may include LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC.
• Significant clinical experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ and transgender communities, is preferred.
• Must not own or operate a private practice.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of healthcare professionals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Solid computer skills and comfort with EHRs and telehealth platforms.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote clinical services with autonomy for patient care.
• Build your caseload rapidly with team support.
• Work within collaborative clinical teams comprising therapists and prescribers.
• Participate in monthly staffing discussions on patient cases and clinical topics.
• Serve patients remotely from home and choose your own clinical days and hours.
• Attend virtual clinical team meetings and coordinate care with providers.
