Seasoned Recruitment is actively seeking fully licensed psychotherapists for 100% remote, 1099 contractor roles. You will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy with autonomy over your schedule while receiving weekly compensation and employer-provided medical malpractice insurance.

Responsibilities include conducting diagnostic evaluations, maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation, and using an EMR with AI-assisted tools to streamline clinical tasks.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full active and unrestricted clinical license allowing independent practice in at least one U.S. state.
• Independent practice: associate-level or supervised licenses are not eligible.
• Proven ability to provide evidence-based psychotherapy and conduct diagnostic evaluations.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a HIPAA-compliant home office; familiarity with telehealth platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to clients remotely.
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and document clinical impressions.
