Seasoned Recruitment is recruiting fully licensed Psychotherapists for 100% remote 1099 contractor roles with premier mental health organizations. You’ll have autonomy over your practice schedule, weekly compensation, and no marketing overhead.

Responsibilities include delivering evidence-based psychotherapy via telehealth, ensuring defensible documentation, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant practice standards with an AI-assisted EMR workflow to streamline tasks.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full, active, and unrestricted clinical license allowing independent practice in at least one U.S. state.
• Eligible to practice without clinical supervision (associate-level or supervised licenses cannot be considered).
• Demonstrated competence in delivering evidence-based psychotherapy, managing diagnostic evaluations, and completing defensible clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to clients via telehealth.
