Seasoned Recruitment is partnering with premier mental health organizations to recruit fully licensed Psychotherapists for 100% remote 1099 contractor positions. You will have autonomy over your schedule, weekly payouts, and no marketing overhead, with client referrals assigned to your calendar.

As holidays approach, ramp up to meet rising demand and continue growth into 2027 using telehealth tools and AI-assisted documentation to streamline care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full, active, and unrestricted clinical license allowing independent practice (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, PsyD, PhD) in at least one U.S. state.
• Must be eligible to practice without clinical supervision (associate-level or supervised licenses cannot be considered).
• Demonstrated competence in delivering evidence-based psychotherapy, managing diagnostic evaluations, and completing defensible clinical documentation.
• High-speed internet connection and a secure HIPAA-compliant home office environment; familiarity with telehealth platforms.
