Job summary

Seasoned Recruitment is partnering with premier mental health organizations to recruit fully licensed Psychotherapists for remote, 1099 contractor roles. Our clinical partners are expanding to meet rising demand and prepare for 2027 growth.

You will have autonomy over your schedule, see clients through telehealth with appointments until 9:00 PM in their local time zone, and receive weekly compensation with malpractice insurance. Start quickly with a streamlined onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Full, active, and unrestricted clinical license allowing independent practice in at least one U.S. state.
• Eligible to practice without clinical supervision; associate-level or supervised licenses are not accepted.
• Evidence-based psychotherapy experience with solid clinical documentation.
• High-speed internet and a HIPAA-compliant home office; telehealth readiness.

Candidate Requirements

• Licensure: Must hold a full, active, and unrestricted clinical license allowing independent practice (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, PsyD, PhD) in at least one U.S. state
• Independent Practice: Must be eligible to practice without clinical supervision (associate-level or supervised licenses cannot be considered)
• Clinical Expertise: Demonstrated competence in delivering evidence-based psychotherapy, managing diagnostic evaluations, and completing defensible clinical documentation
