Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in educational measurement or related field from a nationally recognized institution.
• Relevant professional experience in operational assessment programs with psychometric issues.
• Proven ability to apply and communicate psychometric methods.

Responsibilities

• Apply psychometric methodologies to development and documentation across programs and projects.
• Conduct item calibration, linking, and equating analyses under guidance from senior psychometricians.
• Develop linear test forms and plan field tests for new assessments.
• Support leadership in cross-functional client engagements and knowledge transfer.
