• Provides full range of psychometric support on development and documentation across programs and projects.
• Conducts analyses for item calibration, linking, and equating under senior guidance.
• Develops linear test forms and designs field test plans.
• Supports operational research studies and develops detailed research specifications.
• Authors formal reports for dissemination of findings.
• Represents psychometrics in cross-functional settings.
