Join Talkiatry as a Remote BC/BE Psychiatrist

Georgia Gaveras, a board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist with an additional certification in addiction medicine, leads our team at Talkiatry. Our model empowers psychiatrists to control their practice, supported by staff that handles administrative duties, allowing more focus on patient care. We offer flexible practice locations and schedules, supporting work-life balance.

We provide in-network outpatient treatment for children and adults with various mental health disorders. Our mission is to address accessibility issues in mental health care by supporting our doctors with infrastructure, support, and modern technology developed by psychiatrists for psychiatrists.

Our integrated practice includes a large in-house billing and patient care team to handle administrative tasks. We welcome all qualified candidates regardless of race, religion, gender identity, or other protected statuses.

Compensation for full-time psychiatrists ranges from approximately $300K to $350K+ annually, including base salary and monthly productivity incentives guaranteed during onboarding. Requirements include board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry, an active and unrestricted medical license, and a commitment to high-quality, cost-effective healthcare.
