Job description

Georgia Gaveras, a board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist with an additional board certification in addiction medicine, is seeking to join Talkiatry, a modern outpatient mental health provider.

At Talkiatry, our psychiatrists have control over their practice, including flexible hours and locations. Our support staff handles administrative duties, allowing psychiatrists to focus on patient care. We provide in-network outpatient treatment for children and adults with various mental health disorders.

We address the challenges faced by psychiatrists, such as lack of infrastructure and support in private practice, or being overworked and underpaid in other settings. Our proprietary technology, developed by psychiatrists for psychiatrists, enables you to build a satisfying and challenging practice.

Our integrated practice includes a large in-house billing and administrative team. We promote diversity and encourage all qualified candidates to apply, regardless of legally protected statuses.

Talkiatry offers the stability of a hospital group combined with the autonomy of private practice. We are expanding nationwide and seek 100% remote BC/BE Psychiatrists.

Compensation for full-time psychiatrists ranges from approximately $300K to $350K+ annually, including base salary and a monthly productivity incentive, guaranteed during onboarding.
