A telehealth behavioral health company is seeking a Psychiatrist to provide clinical medication management and collaborate with therapists. This role offers the autonomy to practice in the best interest of patients without corporate interference and flexible scheduling from home. Compensation is competitive, ranging from $130 to $240 per patient, with benefits including medical and dental insurance for full-time clinicians. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, and prior experience is preferred, but not required.

Qualifications

• Must have a clean and unrestricted medical license.
• Must demonstrate a positive, non-judgmental, and accepting attitude towards patients.
• Significant experience as a Psychiatrist is preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical medication management and follow-up appointments.
• Supervise clinician-selected Nurse Practitioners if desired.
• Collaborate with therapists in monthly meetings.
• Perform clinical work from home on flexible days and hours.
